Making A Purchase :-

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on the picture of any item that you wish to purchase. Then add your requirements to your shopping basket.
After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order.

The WorldPay secure payment site will then appear. Please follow the onscreen instructions.

We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Switch, JCB, Eurocard and Solo.

Once the formalities within WorldPay have been completed you will receive an email from them and an email from us to confirm your order.

Shipping and Handling:-

All items are well packed to protect in transit, and delivery of total order in excess of £50.00 is free.

Orders of less than £10.00 are subject to a £1.50 charge,

Orders of less than £20.00 but greater £10.00 are subject to a £3.00 charge,

Orders of less than £50.00 and greater than £20.00 are subject to a £5.00 charge

Delivery Schedule :-

If the item is in stock your order will be dispatched within 48 hours.

Should an item not be in stock it could take a little longer and you will be kept informed.

We cannot take responsibility for any failure of the postal services to deliver an item in the specified time.

Back Orders :-

If your order is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges :-

All prices quoted include UK V.A.T. at current rate. Overseas deliveries may be subject to local tax and import duties. It is the customer's responsibility to cover these charges.

Credit Card Security :-

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach WorldPay. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee And Returns Policy :-

We guarantee your satisfaction. All our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee.

If an item/s are specifically ordered for you and purchase cannot be stopped in time then the order will proceed.

Should you return any product, post and packing will be paid by you and the returned goods will be in the exact condition when originally despatched. Upon these conditions being met, the cost of the item will then be refunded to your account.

Should an item prove to be faulty then all post and packing charges will be refunded too.
